Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your order.

If you decide you would like to return an item ordered from GermanManicureSets.com.au, we are pleased to offer you a refund or exchange provided that:

• You return the item(s) in the original condition and original packaging, with proof of purchase and all tags and labels attached, within 30 days from the date of purchase; and
• The item is unused and as sold; and
• The product is properly packaged; and
• The item is not a clearance item.

All bonus items (or any other element of any bundled items) attached to the purchased products must also be returned with the original purchase and they must meet the above conditions. If not, the value of any such unreturned item will be withheld from the refund. We will refund the amount of your purchase but actual shipping charges will be withheld from the refunded amount. In case your purchase received promotional free shipping, then shipping charges will also be deducted from the refunded amount. Gift-wrapping charges are not refundable. In a situation where frequent refunds are requested by anyone, we reserve the right to deny a refund if we deem it as potential abuse.

We do not offer exchange or refund on the items unless the item is faulty, significantly different from what was shown on the website, not doing what it is supposed to do, in breach of manufacturer's warranties or consumer guarantees, or where otherwise required by law. Items returned with the signs of wear, alteration or damage (other than manufacturing defects), will not be accepted and can be sent back to you at your own expense.

If a subsequent item needs to be returned to you, standard postage charges will apply. You are responsible for any shipping and handling charges related to your exchange.
